Known for his calm leadership and commitment to the community, Chipie combines his passion for football with a clear vision for the club’s future. Under his guidance, Punjab United has achieved multiple promotions, won silverware, and continued to grow as a family-focused, community-driven club.

Jason Powell is Punjab United’s assistant manager, working alongside Chipie Sian to support all aspects of the first team. With a strong background in coaching and player development, Jason plays a key role in preparing the squad, managing matchday tactics, and helping players reach their full potential. Calm, focused, and highly respected, he’s a vital part of the club’s backroom team.

Jindi Banwait is Punjab United’s club secretary and coach, playing a key role both behind the scenes and on the pitch. His organisation and football knowledge help keep the club running smoothly while supporting player development.

Ashley Probets is part of Punjab United’s coaching team, offering valuable experience and insight from his time as a player in both the professional and non-league game. He plays a key role in training, development, and tactical preparation, and is highly respected by players and staff alike.
