Chipie Sian is the owner and manager of Punjab United, and the driving force behind the club’s success both on and off the pitch. A lifelong supporter of grassroots football, Chipie has led the club from its early beginnings to becoming a respected name in the non-league game.

Known for his calm leadership and commitment to the community, Chipie combines his passion for football with a clear vision for the club’s future. Under his guidance, Punjab United has achieved multiple promotions, won silverware, and continued to grow as a family-focused, community-driven club.

Jindi Banwait is Punjab United’s club secretary and coach, playing a key role both behind the scenes and on the pitch. His organisation and football knowledge help keep the club running smoothly while supporting player development.

Jason Powell is Punjab United’s assistant manager, working alongside Chipie Sian to support all aspects of the first team. With a strong background in coaching and player development, Jason plays a key role in preparing the squad, managing matchday tactics, and helping players reach their full potential. Calm, focused, and highly respected, he’s a vital part of the club’s backroom team.
