A few months ago, we had the pleasure of hosting Ross Embleton, Head of Talent ID at West Ham United, and Rashid Abba, West Ham United Foundation and Academy Link Mentor, as we took a major step forward in our journey as a club.

In a meeting with many of our coaches, we discussed how we can take both our players and our staff to the next level. Ross and Rashid shared invaluable insight into how our official partnership with West Ham will work, from player development pathways to coach education and mentoring opportunities.

 This partnership is about more than just football. It’s about building a structure where local talent can thrive and coaches are empowered to grow.
