Punjab United Confirm Chris Edwards for 2025/26 Season

Punjab United are pleased to confirm that defender Chris Edwards will remain at the club for the 2025/26 season.

Chris joined the club back in the 2022/23 season and since then has made over 80 appearances for the club scoring 14 times. His versitility and overlapping runs makes him a key player ensures stability in the defence for the team.

Chris Edwards said: “I’m really happy to be staying at Punjab United for another season. Overall, I thought we done very well last year but just missed at the final hurdle. Let's hope this year we can go one better."

Manager - Chipie Sian: "Chris is a massive leader within the squad and it's great to have him at the club for another season. He's a great guy on and off of the pitch and brings passion and energy to the team."
