Punjab United Confirm Roman Campbell for 2025/26 Season

Punjab United are pleased to confirm that striker Roman Campbell will remain at the club for the 2025/26 season.

Roman joined the club at the beginning of the year, with the attack needing a goalscorer to get Punjab into the playoffs. And that is exactly what he done. He scored 17 goals in 21 matches and had some memorable moments like that hat-trick in a 5-0 win vs Snodland Town.

Having already established himself as a fan favourite, Roman brings experience and leadership to the squad, qualities that will be essential as the club looks to build on recent progress and go a step further in the upcoming season.

Roman Campbell said: “I’m really happy to be staying at Punjab United for another season. Since joining the club at the beginning of the year, I’ve felt welcomed and valued. Last season had its ups and downs, but there’s real potential in this group. I want to help us start strong, score goals, and hopefully go one better this season."

Manager Chipie Sian added: “Roman has been brilliant since joining. He’s a leader, a competitor, and someone the team can rely on in big moments. His ability to hold up the ball, bring others into play, and find the back of the net makes him one of our most important players. We’re thrilled to have him with us again this season.”
